Assistance Programs
Several assistance programs for health, case management, nutrition, and transportation are provided by the Emeryville Senior Center to qualifying older adults. These programs are sponsored by the City of Emeryville and other agencies / entities.

Case Management
To help seniors live independently, the Emeryville Senior Center offers limited case management services for residents of Emeryville. Staff can assist individuals in finding: advocacy, help-at-home/caregiver, housing, and insurance information. Please call the Senior Center for more information at 510-596-3730.

Financial & Resoucre Assitance
The "Friends of the Emeryville Senior Center" offers one-time emergency grants to seniors in need. The Senior Center also offers Health Insurance Counseling through HICAP, energy assistance programs, low-income fishing license applications, legal referrals, advanced health care directive forms, and housing and resource guides.
