1. What is the zoning for my property?

Please view the Land Use Map from the new General Plan, found at the link below, to determine the land use for an individual property. Until we update our zoning code, this Land Use diagram will act as our zoning map. You can zoom in on the map for more detail.

2. Is my property in Emeryville?

There is often confusion about whether a property is within the City of Emeryville or not. Having 94608 as your zipcode does not automatically mean the property is in Emeryville.
