Building Permit Application form may be printed on legal size paper (8 ½ x 14) Building Permit Application (pdf) or you may pick up hard copies available at the Building Division Permit Counter located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville. CA 94608. Permit application may be submitted electronically as email attachments at cbarrett@emeryville.org. 
Building Permit application may be submitted to:
Permit Counter Business hours Monday - Thursday 9am-noon;
Permit Counter by appointment only Monday - Thursday 1-4pm; 
Permit Counter closed on Fridays.

Currently we do not accept electronic payments you must bring your Building Permit Fees/payment in person to the Finance Counter Monday - Friday 9am-noon and 1-5 pm or​ mail it with a check made payable to “City of Emeryville” for the applicable Plan Review or Permit Fees.
