City-wide Streetlight Pole Painting
- 439 decorative City streetlight poles in the city will be re-painted throughout FY22/23.
Marina Park and Powell Street Lighting Improvements Project
- New lighting upgrades in the parking lots and trails in the Emeryville Marina Park. Additional lighting upgrades and new poles for streetlights along Powell Street west of I-80.
40th Street Transit-Only Lanes and Multimodal Enhancements Project
- Transit-only lanes in both directions on 40th Street between IKEA and Adeline Street
- Two-way Class I/IV Cycletrack on northside of 40th Street
South Bayfront Bridge/Horton Landing Park
San Pablo Avenue Midblock Crosswalk Project
This project constructed crossing improvements at a new crosswalk in Emeryville at the following location:
- Midblock on San Pablo Avenue between 40th Street and Adeline Street

- Doyle Street (Ocean Avenue – Powell Street)
- Horton Street (62nd Street - Powell Street Overpass)
- 59th Street (Horton Street – Hollis Street)
- Peladeau Street (59th Street – Powell Street)
- Yerba Buena Avenue (Adeline Street – City Limits)
ATP Greenway Crossing Improvements at 65th, 66th, and 67th Streets
This project constructed new raised crossing and Rapid-Rectangular Flashing Beacon (RRFB) improvements at three crosswalks in Emeryville at the following locations:
- 65th Street at Emeryville Greenway Trail
- 66th Street at Emeryville Greenway Trail
- 67th Street at Emeryville Greenway Trail
