Nutrition Program
Tri-city Cafe
The Tri-city Cafe offers seniors and adults with disabilities, regardless of income, nutritious lunches at the Emeryville Senior Center. Meals are currently served on Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. A suggested donation of $3 for those over the age of 60 and $5.50 for those under 60 years old is requested. Please check back as we increase the days of meal service in the upcoming months.Reservations must be made each week in advance to ensure space. To make a reservation or for more information please call the Senior Center at 510-596-3730.
Meals on Wheels
The Meals on Wheels program delivers meals to qualified, home-bound Emeryville residents age 60 years and above who are unable to shop or cook for themselves. Hot meals can be delivered weekdays and frozen meals can be available for weekends if necessary. A $3 donation is suggested per meal. Call the Senior Center Nutrition Specialist at 510-596-4309 for more information or to register for this program.
If you are available between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on weekdays and would like to volunteer as a driver for our Meals on Wheels program please contact either the Nutrition Specialist or the Emeryville Senior Center.
