Virtual Parking Permits at www.thepermitportal.com

Attention residents and businesses that live and work in buildings fronting 61st Street (South side between Hollis and Doyle Streets) and 62nd Street (North side between Overland Avenue and Doyle Street)

Emeryville is pleased to announce we are now a virtual Parking Permit environment! As residents and businesses in a controlled parking area of Emeryville, you will be able to easily register, renew, change and/or update your vehicles information and pay the fees online!

No need for hanging permits or stickers to be placed on your vehicle. Effective September 1, 2021 our new system will utilize software to automatically recognize license plates enrolled in the program.

The IPS Group will be managing the parking program for the City. Please visit www.thepermitportal.com and register for a new account. Once you complete the registration you will be able to complete the application and pay the fees.

If you need assistance while completing your application, click on the Chat Icon

Description automatically generated icon on the left bottom corner of your screen and send your questions to the IPS Group, or feel free to contact IPS Group at permits@thepermitportal.com or 877-224-7838.
