Just in time for the holidays, the San Pablo Avenue Midblock Crossing Project is complete!

The project includes a Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon system, curb ramps, and a median refuge that provide a highly desired pedestrian path from the east side of San Pablo Avenue to the Pak 'n Save supermarket on the west side. 

The project, which received strong support from the local community, provides shorter trip lengths to nearby shopping areas, making the walk possible for more pedestrians.
