GENERAL INFORMATION:
  
The Alameda County Healthy Homes Department is looking for owners of homes or rental properties built before 1978 in the city of Emeryville to participate in a 1-hour online (Zoom) focus group one evening during the third or fourth week in June.  The focus group is to obtain feedback from the community on services or assistance that might be of interest to owners of older housing that might have lead-based paint.  Compensation for participation will be $50 gift card mailed to you after completion of the focus group.

Property ownership will be verified. Eligible applicants will be contacted via phone to select a focus group date and provide relevant information. 
  
QUALIFYING CRITERIA: 

 1) Own a residential property built before 1978 in Emeryville

2) Be able to attend 1-hour online event via Zoom one evening during the third or fourth week in June.
