The rain is back in Emeryville and will last through Monday. Here's some information on closures, hazards, and conditions throughout the City:
- Marina Park and parking lot remains closed to address sidewalk and pathway safety concerns from fallen and uprooted trees.
- There are no roadway or streetlight issues.
- Crews continue to remove debris from storm drain inlets and parks.
- Self-service sandbags are available outside of the municipal service yard (5890 Christie Ave). There is a limit of 7 bags per resident and sand is still available.
The National Weather Service expects rain and winds through Monday. A flood watch remains in effect from tonight through Monday afternoon. A small craft advisory is in effect until 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
This storm series is expected to last through Monday, with changing conditions. Stay prepared and use extra caution when out on pedestrian pathways or driving.
