The City Council has a vacancy and is currently accepting applications for the open seat!
The deadline to apply is 5:00 PM on February 10, 2023.
To qualify to serve as a Council Member, the applicant must be a resident and registered voter in the City of Emeryville. Registered voters in Emeryville must be U.S. citizens, residents of Emeryville, 18 years of age or older, and not currently in prison or on parole for a felony conviction.
The Council will review the applications and make an appointment by mid-March. The appointed Council Member's term will expire in December 2024.
