The Lifeguard Start Workshop offered by the City of Emeryville Aquatics is tailored for individuals aspiring to become lifeguards. The Lifeguard Start Workshop prepares candidates to meet the prerequisites of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Course. Workshop takes place every Saturday of each month from 12:00 pm - 2:30 PM at ECCL Pool.  You can register online or in person at ECCL Pool.

• Session 4: March 2024

Participating in the Start Workshop will better equip you to enroll in the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer/ AED, and Title 22 courses. Lifeguarding is the best and first step for those interested in a career in Fire Fighting, Nursing, Police, EMT, and more!
