We want to take a moment to remind everyone about some important Park Rules that we kindly ask you to keep in mind. Our number one concern is ensuring the safety and happiness of everyone who visits our city parks. By following these rules, we can create an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the parks to the fullest. Remember, these parks are a shared treasure for our whole community. Let's work together to preserve these beautiful spaces for everyone's enjoyment.
CITY OF EMERYVILLE PARK RULES
- Open 6 am to 10 pm (EMC 5.24.11)
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times (EMC 5.24.06 (a))
- Dog litter must be removed (EMC 5.24.06 (b))
- No alcoholic beverages (EMC 5.24.05)
- No littering (EMC 6.24.02,6.24.03)
- No unauthorized motorized vehicles (EMC 5.24.12)
- No sales, vending or peddling (EMC 5.24.09)
- No charging for amusements of any kind (EMC 5.24.08)
- Permit required for jumpers/bounce houses (EMC 5.24.12)
- Permit required for park rentals with 50+ people (EMC 5.23.4)
- No generators
- No group shall use open turf spaces that are not designated as “Sports Fields” by the City of Emeryville to participate in drills, scrimmages or game like activities. These sports include, but are not limited to, baseball, football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, lacrosse and golf. No cleats of any kind are allowed to be used in parks not designated as “Sports Fields”.
