The 61st Street Mini Park will be closed for rehabilitation from May 2 through May 20, 2016.
Due to feedback received from the community that the park is used by younger children than the existing structures are designed for, the 61st Street Mini Park rehabilitation will modify the structural design to gear more towards preschool-aged children. There will also be updated safety features, including replacing the existing rubber surfacing, and the installation of a new swing set.
