On Thursday, April 27, 2017, through traffic on Horton Street (Powell Street to 62nd Street), Peladeau Street (Powell Street to 59th Street), and 59th Street (Hollis Street to Horton Street) will be detoured between the hours of 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Please plan on taking alternate routes when travelling through this area and follow detour signage.
