Civic Center 14 TOD Apartments is a new apartment community, located at 632 14th Street in downtown Oakland, is currently under construction and is now ready to begin the qualifying process. Move-In scheduling is anticipated to begin in Spring 2018.

Civic Center 14 TOD Apartments will offer 40 affordable apartments for families who meet income eligibility and other criteria, described in the attached Pre-Qualification Application packet. The regulatory agreements for Civic Center 14 TOD require that preferences be given for: 1) Veterans, and 2) Applicants who live and/or work in the City of Oakland. Please note that VASH, Shelter Partnership, and Housing Choice Vouchers are gladly accepted. Please take a moment to review all instructions completely.
