The 2020 Annual Business License Tax packages have now been mailed out to all the businesses in the City and Business License Taxes are due January 1, 2020.  They become delinquent after March 1, 2020.

Any individual, partnership, corporation or sole proprietor who wishes to conduct, either directly or indirectly, in any business within the City of Emeryville, including the rental of housing units, must secure a business license certificate.
