Urgent Work at ECDC Due to Rain

The roof repair project is nearing completion; however, some final critical elements are not yet done.  The unanticipated amount of rain forecasted for late Sunday and Monday could cause damage to the exposed areas of the building.

In an effort to insure there is no water damage to the facility, the contractor has been authorized to work Saturday, May 16, from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, to complete the waterproofing of the exposed areas of the building.  The work to be performed will be limited in nature - no compressors will be permitted, and the pump equipment needed for the waterproofing will be shielded with a sound blanket to muffle noise.
