The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office has proclaimed a local emergency and issued a curfew order.  The curfew is imposed countywide in order to preserve public safety.  The hours of the curfew are between 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, commencing tonight, June 1, through June 5, or until the order is rescinded earlier due to restoration of public order and safety.
