[ARCHIVED] Paid Parking Program Coming Soon to Certain Areas of Emeryville

The City is installing the meters, kiosks and signage for the paid parking program in the North Hollis and Triangle Pilot Areas this week.  Meters or kiosks will be for about 450 spaces, roughly 10% of the on-street parking in the City, mostly in locations where 2 hour parking zones are already in place.   Once the program goes into effect, warnings will be issued for the first two weeks, followed by parking citations for those who don't pay or who overstay the time limit. Maps showing the location of meters, as well as all the other paid parking program information, can be found on the City's Paid Parking webpage:  www.Emeryville.org/paidparking
