To assist the pharmacy with clinic flow, please do the following:
- Wear short sleeves or a loose-fitting long sleeve shirt.
- All individuals must wear a mask when arriving at the clinic.
- Please bring your ID and insurance, Medicare, or Medi-Cal card. If you do not have insurance, a driver’s license will be fine.
- There is no charge for the vaccine and no one will be turned away due to insurance status or identification. The insurance information is collected so the pharmacy can recoup the cost for providing this service.
